Faith A. Howard

Ms. Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Empirical Economic Analysis from Louisiana State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a minor in Mathematics. She is a FINRA licensed Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50).

In her collegiate career, Ms. Howard was recognized with numerous honors and awards. In addition to graduating from The Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College and being awarded College Honors for completion of her bachelor’s thesis, she also received the Outstanding Microeconomics Student Award from the LSU Department of Economics. Ms. Howard was also named a Distinguished Communicator by the LSU Communications Across the Curriculum program for demonstrating her excellent communication skills, receiving both LSU’s Distinguished Communicator Medal as well as the LSU Communicator Certificate.

Ms. Howard joined The Sisung Group in February of 2022. Prior to this, she worked for Louisiana State University’s Economics & Policy Research Group, where she contributed to research reports relating to issues such as state unemployment and unemployment insurance claims, COVID-19’s effect on Medicaid and health insurance enrollment, and public health disparities. Ms. Howard additionally served as a research assistant for Lewis Terrell & Associates, LLC, where she assisted in estimating the economic impact of a local natural disaster for the State.

Ms. Howard currently serves as an Assistant Vice President with the Capital Markets Group at Sisung Securities Corporation where she supports the firm’s municipal advisory practice. Her responsibilities include financial analysis, transaction structuring, legal document review, primary offering disclosure and continuing disclosure.
