SSC is registered as a Broker-Dealer in the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, Tennessee and Texas. Through Sisung Securities Corporation’s agreement with Pershing LLC, all securities held in custody of Pershing LLC are primarily covered by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Additionally, Pershing acquires additional coverage reasonably available in the market. SSC is a Member of SIPC, which protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash). Explanatory brochure available upon request or at www.sipc.org. As a result of this protection, investor owned assets held in custody by Pershing receive protection from the risk of a financial failure by a SIPC member firm, but it is important to note that the coverage is limited and does not protect customers against losses from the rise and fall in the market value of investments.
